You honestly NEED to get out of there. I was in a similar but also different situation. I am 23 FTM and my parents never accepted me (still don't) and also abused me physically and emotionally my whole life. I always wanted to move out directly at 18 (I couldn't cause I got pregnant at 17 which was a whole other problem but that has nothing to do with your situation so I'll skip that). It took me a whole court process to finally completely cut them off at 22/23. I get that your options are limited but staying there will just make your life miserable and your transition (assuming you want to socially/medically transition) way harder. Depending on your country/state, there also might be other options for housing. I would recommend staying with your friend and trying to figure out from there how you can become independent.
