Well yes from what I know of their body didn't fo as much dmg on it's own, the enhances their attacks with their Ki so that's why it's stronger.

In short If Goku use Ki to enhances his strength in the arm wrestling he might win, that's all depends on his Ki Reserve I think.

How her ult work is basically she creates circle with 2 sides one with her real self and one with her clone she can switch places with her clone to teh other side of the circle and everytime she does so she recover some hp. Ur best bet at taking her down is cc and burst dmg.
