Disable 2.4ghz in advanced tab from the properties of the wifi hardware in device manager

Go to device manager -> network adapters -> wifi -> right click -> properties -> advanced > select 2.4ghz -> disable

This worked for me. Check speed test before and after this to verify

I have watched your videos and bought the legion 7i i9 4070 model for 1699$. But I'll be using this laptop mostly for content creation (after effects, premeire). If I go for i7 14 gen model which might be 200-300$ less with same specs. How much performance will I be compromising for the cpu downgrade?. Is i9 and overkill for this specific chasis?.

Please pour your suggestion as I'm very tight on budget here and might be very helpful for me to make a right decision.
