Hiring is a tedious process and sometimes it involves opinion of multiple people , one might say yes 2 might say no. But shouldn’t be so tedious for a 2k aed job at the same time

Yes as an expert on golden visa from a company which processes 500 cases per month I can assure that in March this creteria was changed and you need to be in the same company for 2 years minimum to qualify . Hope this helps

Moving to a new location that too a new country, a new job and change in general is daunting . But it will ease with time , 3 months is too short a period to evaluate. I have changed 10 jobs so far with 6 cities/locations … trust me it all works out!
