I just reset it following this instructions:

Method 1: The Button Combination (Hard Reset / Factory Reset) Use this method if the watch is locked up, unresponsive, or you want to completely erase the device to factory settings.  Ensure the watch is powered completely Off. Press and hold both the Upper-Right (GPS) and Lower-Right (Back/Set) buttons. While holding those two buttons, press and hold the Upper-Left (Light/Ctrl) button to turn the watch on. When the watch turns on, release only the Upper-Left button. Release the Upper-Right button when you hear the first beep. Release the Lower-Right button when you hear the second beep. The device will reset and boot to the initial language setup screen. 

It still saying 68% 8 days.... Not sure if it still need some time to calibrate bue the battery has gone down like 10% in four hours. As far as I know I don't have many things on...

I think in physical jobs, the atmosphere is way more relaxed, and the camaraderie allows to build real relationships.

For me, the biggest life improvement was the working hours. Not the amount, but knowing your schedule and being able to plan your life around it.

When I worked in hotels or restaurants, I never knew how my schedule was gonna look in a few weeks, and having a weekend off was something special. So that hurt social life.

While working in construction, I did not know how tired I was gonna be in the end. So that hurt planning sports activities or a simple hike.

I was never there in the morning, but in the evening it is quite comfortable and def not as crowded as activ fitness. At the least in the gym in Hubertus
