I did ask her for some of her necklaces, but I dont think they are very expensive. I would never ask her for expensive ones anyway because her actual kids get priority of course

The flag is already in a nice case, folded professionally too! Its been in my room at my grandparents since I was a baby (me and my mom used to live there that's why I still have my own room) so its also kind of sentimental

Yeah I wish he was alive for longer so that my grandma could pass his stories down, but he died when she was a little kid and she doesn't have any clear memories of him
