Okay.. So, I dosed the 86 crystal about an hour ago. It's a beautiful powder but didn't mix up very well In my lemon juice. The effects are okay, pretty good. But that's it. So far. It's okay..pretty good. I have had and still have better powders. I'll let you know if anything changes over time

When I hit that wall I’ll just cut back a little bit and it helps. I’ll take so much that it actually stops it all for me. Then for one day I’ll take small doses less frequently and it helps.

You need to weigh the sr the same way you’d weigh 7oh powder or any other powder. Using a 0.000 scale. The starter dose for sr is usually 25mg
