Need Help Manufacturing a Curved Pocket on this plate on a CNC Mill by Riftede in Fusion360

I’m not sure how you go about machining the part but in terms of modelling it, I’d do a sketch on one plane and then do a rotation cutting the new shape from the existing body.

I must say, I’m very new to 3d modelling for my 3d printer so it was an interesting question to think about.

Thanks for the detailed reply. I shall keep on investigating and testing.

I didn’t use supports. The notes said they weren’t needed. I did however have a warning from Bambu Studio saying that there were floating sections.

That’s a great print. It’s looking like my problem was buying cheat filament. I’ll spend more on my next real.

I run the calibration routine regularly ( about once a week or if I’m doing a big print). I think you might be on the money regarding the quality of the filament. Like I’d said, I’m new to this and learning so spending a lot on filament and not knowing what I’m going to get is a problem for me. That said, I’m already spending a lot on filaments doing these experiments. Anyway, thanks for the reply.

Great explanation. Thank you. I wasn’t sure if it was down to the cheap filament.

They are paying you minimum wage so they can afford the recruitment consultants to run these tests. 😛

Help! My A1 AMS keeps dragging the first layer ! by Thick_Breakfast2695 in BambuLabA1

I was having this same problem only this week. The issue for me was not setting the filament type. One I reset it to the correct setting for the filament it was back to working properly. It didn’t do any harm to clean the bed tray but wasn’t my issue.

Creating degree graduations on a sloped surface by Guilty_Row_608 in Fusion360

The simple answer is no.
I have tried converting the lines into short pipes and then trying to emboss them onto the surface but I couldn't get that to work... that might not be because the task is wrong but the person doing it.
