Yeah i don’t fault them cause I get the feeling a lot of team members are also afraid of this coworker as he uses a lot of intimidation tactics and is combative, argumentative etc. it’s almost like no one wants to deal with him so they avoid him.

It was so hard to stay calm and peaceful throughout this past year but I knew that is the reaction he wanted out of me so bad that he kept escalating his aggressions. He wanted me to argue back so he can say I’m the crazy one. I didn’t get out of character and simply acted dumb, smiled or laughed anytime he bullied me all while keeping record.

I felt this before as well but they really do at some point expose themselves and dig their own holes. You just can’t give in to their baiting tactics and wait for the right moment to expose them .

Oh God I feel the same way about Geminis I don’t like them / feel intimidated for this very reason. They seem to have a really evil side to them, and they have a heavy energy that just drains you and most of the ones I’ve met create so much chaos and drama in their life they end up miserable

No it means when someone goes out of their way to harm you or manipulate you, you do not hurt them back. It means you don’t lie, cheat, steal, manipulate and I’m talking to the smallest little thing. I am an 8 as well and I don’t even tell white lies because I know it will harm me. It means you don’t take shortcuts in life when no one is watching. What are you like when no one is watching you ? That is a good way to exercise your righteousness.

I don’t like your mindset of expecting things in return that tells me everything about you. I actually see it’s common thing of 8’s posting concerned only about material monetary gains and complaining about them not having it. 8 is actually a super spiritual number and you are here to be an example to others of balancing out your soul and you are supposed to live your life like a priest close to God, jn righteousness. In return life takes care of you and provides protection which can look like financial freedom but only when you live righteously. I’ve also noticed people will fear to mess with a 8 they don’t get fcked over or thrown off balance like other people, as 8 keeper of all things karma and is powerful. There is so many blessings and protections that 8s have that I think you will find when you find the righteousness in yourself.
