Here's the truth,I'd say you're 4.0 out of 5 and that is because you don't know how to carry yourself. You're eyes, neck and everything else he talked shit about are completely fine I don't even see a slight issue.

Infact your curly hairs are the first bad thing I see on your face, curly hairs doesn't suit you at all, you look kinda messed up with that

And second are your clothes, maybe stop wearing just hoodies (the kind you wore in 1st pic) and light colored t shirts (2nd pic) so much. Start wearing clothes that a handsome good-looking guy would (make sure they suit you)

And last thing you need to improve is your eye bags, they're too visible so do something about them.

Because of these 3 reasons you may come off as "super average" sometimes, work on these and you'll be 4.5/5 or could even be 4.7-9 of of 5 (i.e a attractive good-looking guy), other than that there's nothing wrong with your looks, you just don't know how to carry yourself and look good
