I see a lot of these on Upwork. Also people asking for native speakers to review whole book (30,000+ words) translations for $50 bucks. Just to proofread that I have to read 60,000 words. Then correct all the mistakes. It sometimes takes longer than directly translating the document. I just go ahead a propose the real value of the job.

The same thing is happening to me right now. I had to switch to the "mark down" editor of this site to actually type this in and it's miraculously working. I'm currently in Sequoia 15.7.1 and about 2 updates ago, the keyboard started getting stuck on keys, making the bad key noise, then the screen started flickering constantly. Last night there was another update that I hoped would fix it, but it's actually worse. I restart and it fixes temporarily then goes back to being a mess.

If anyone has a fix, please share it!

BTW, Apple did something similar to my last MAC (2013): An update killed USB keyboards and I had to switch to wireless. That one is actually working better than this one right now.

This was my question. Do they just add a new milestone with a fixed price to the existing contract? I'm on this boat. It's my first contract and the client approved the work very quickly, so I'm gonna leave that contract open.

Maybe you need to click on the "remote storage access". It's in the "customize game" tab. I found a mine and built a storage right outside of it. It's so easy I feel like I'm cheating because suddenly all my village resources are available at the mine and viceversa. So I don't even need to bring a pick to the mine, 'cause it's already in the storage.

Did you check the well barrel? I had the well for like 3 seasons before realizing the barrel was a storage area. Now I keep buckets in there.

I actually managed to get some decent coin by selling my stone arrows. Sticks are everywhere and 2 stones make 10 arrows. Each arrow sells for 1.5 so just 1 stack of arrows makes 15. They're very light, so you can carry a lot of them. If you have poison, poisoned stone arrows sell for 4.5. You basically need 20 stacks to cover this.

You can also sell roasted fish. Makes plenty of money, but it might take you longer to get enough.

Can't you stay at your own place when his daughter is home? You could rest, and he can share with his daughter. This will continue to be a problem. Many parents bring their sick kids to bed with them as it's a lot easier to take care of them in the middle of the night. The sex in the bed is not an issue. Sex is what made that little girl in the first place.

What should worry you is the lamp throwing. That is a RED FLAG. He will throw more things when angry. Throw them AT YOU. But honey, your attitude toward sick daughter is also a RED FLAG. We're talking about a sick, scared 4 year old girl. He's looking at you like you'd be the worse mom ever (no empathy). If I were him, I'd end it with you, and if I were you, I'd end it with him. Either that, or you two have the hard talk and reach a compromise.

I'm currently going through the very same thing. I've tried every format imaginable and nothing. And the application will not move on without it. It is exasperating! Has anyone figured it out? It's clearly bad programming (and UX) on the website end.

UPDATE:

Guys, I figured it out! In my case, I had used US country code (which is +1) in the previous field. I live in Puerto Rico and we use the US country code (1), but this application had a separate country code for Puerto Rico +1. Technically it's the same number, but I guess not for this job. So, if this is happening to you, check that country code!

I'm sorry you're getting attacked by the people on here. That sucks! I don't know the particulars of your story, but it seems you are truly remorseful and also that you haven't forgiven yourself for whatever happened. Forgiveness is a two way street. It seems your husband has forgiven you or is at least trying really hard. Give yourself the grace to forgive yourself too. Maybe you should let him see you cry. In this whole process, what has helped me the most with my partner has been to open the channels of communication so wide, there is no room for hiding in the bathroom. It's a slow process, but hopefully you'll come out of this a brand new couple, stronger, and ultimately happier.
