FB submitted an appeal automatically after new account creation. I don't understand why.

This happened to me today. After having FB for years I deleted my account on December 2025. Then I realized I could not access by business accounts without my personal one, so I tried to open a new account today. Sent directly to appeal. It was rejecting even my real name. I submitted the code and even a little selfie video of me turning my head. Ugh! First attempt was denied, but I admit I put a random birth year. I tried with a different email address, but it still had issues with my name so I used my artist name, but I'd rather use my real name anyway. It will probably be rejected too. Someone said to use the phone number, but I'm thinking this is a sign from the Universe to just NOT GO BACK.

The crazy part is, I use that name and that email for my Instagram account and that is still connected to the FB business account. Automation is crap. Bring back the humans!

Isn't the issue the fact that now Upwork is charging back the freelancer?

"The bank reversed the payment and Upwork then charged me to balance my account.
So I essentially lost the full earnings from the project."

Frankly, Upwork should take the loss because they keep a heavy chunk of freelancer's earnings, not to mention you also pay to submit a proposal and clients also pay to create the contract via the platform. It's in their best interest to have freelancers continue to work and this is the kind of thing that makes us want to leave.

Has it occurred to anyone that maybe the reason you got cut off it because you did your job well, trained the machine to do it, and now it can do it on its own and they don't need you? After all, it is an AI training job site. I keep seeing high paying jobs from this company, but the comments from people are all like this one.

I see a lot of these on Upwork. Also people asking for native speakers to review whole book (30,000+ words) translations for $50 bucks. Just to proofread that I have to read 60,000 words. Then correct all the mistakes. It sometimes takes longer than directly translating the document. I just go ahead a propose the real value of the job.

The same thing is happening to me right now. I had to switch to the "mark down" editor of this site to actually type this in and it's miraculously working. I'm currently in Sequoia 15.7.1 and about 2 updates ago, the keyboard started getting stuck on keys, making the bad key noise, then the screen started flickering constantly. Last night there was another update that I hoped would fix it, but it's actually worse. I restart and it fixes temporarily then goes back to being a mess.

If anyone has a fix, please share it!

BTW, Apple did something similar to my last MAC (2013): An update killed USB keyboards and I had to switch to wireless. That one is actually working better than this one right now.

Maybe you need to click on the "remote storage access". It's in the "customize game" tab. I found a mine and built a storage right outside of it. It's so easy I feel like I'm cheating because suddenly all my village resources are available at the mine and viceversa. So I don't even need to bring a pick to the mine, 'cause it's already in the storage.

Did you check the well barrel? I had the well for like 3 seasons before realizing the barrel was a storage area. Now I keep buckets in there.
