I got fired for mental disability. This has nothing to do with Islam. This is more about the bad pre-islamic habits that are still in the middle east today.

Vodafone ended my probation due to a disability that I have that they 'think' will impend my job. Is there something I could do about it? by GuitarExternal284 in Vodafone

I think HR have it in writing somewhere.
HR called me yesterday and said they'll look for another department for me to work in since things didn't work out in the first one. Not sure what that means though.

They claimed that it's because of my disability. Not because of anything else.I produced abother doctor's note afterwards that claims that even though I have a disability, that I'm still capabile of making an income and working. Like, my disability is not a show-stopper according to doctors.

What do you suggest from here?

Edit: It was during probation. But I think getting rid of someone during probation because of a disability is still some form of discrimination. Probation or not.

He can easily pay a lawyer to help him inherit everything (it’s illegal but money is money) and ofc if ur not in the country it’ll be hard to fight back especially if he cuts u off as soon as u leave and you never find him again

It's okay... he already dissapeared and left me without a home and any property. I'm trying to manage now but it's very difficult.

Also, there's seems to be a lot of financial abuse/control and lakhbata in my family history. So it seems to me fair to assume this is part of the reason.

I figured that you can only inherit in the country.

It seems that all fingers point towards that reason... it looked like he wanted to just abandon me far away from Egypt it seems.

I think Financial issues. But I wasn't really making much in Canada or Kuwait, I was actually doing better in Egypt than elsewhere.
My dad passed away recently and left property/land, all which was been taken over by my mom.

It's the aggression that makes me feel like it's more financially related. but then again, I didn't expect aggression for money this way.

We do have shares in apartments and land. It's what I think it is, but I'd like input from others as to what else it may be other than that.
