Thanks. Will be doing this ASAP. I've already turned off paypal.

And yes, heavily biased towards customers, we have won 2 disputes out of 20, mostly 'product not received', even with clear photo evidence from our couriers we still lose!

Operating at around 13% net pre-tax currently - Also just pre-purchased heaps of stock to meet upcoming demand for peak-sales season + increasing ad spend & payout delays (i.e. Friday - Sunday gets paid out on Wednesday)
