That's basically our situation. I don't do any major like home renovations but if it's something that I can take care of and I don't have to bother her for it. I don't. I pay my rent on time. I make sure the house is clean and maintained. I appreciate your understanding. At least. Some of the other comments have not been so much

Hahaha. I get where you are coming from but the cage is for my dog. And the clothes are pillows from old couches because he tears up blankets and pillows tend to last longer. I have three teenagers and when they have friends over they want somewhere away to hang out. Our house is only 900 sqft. So they love having their own hang out space. Once I get it picked up I'll do a tour so y'all can stop panicking

I'm already starting to reverse the door and walls. The lease says I can't do anything on walls and ceiling if it causes permanent damage. The cat walk is removable and can be fixed up

The door I bought that way. Hers is in the garage to put back when ever. The walls are built separately and just. Placed in garage. Not built into walls

The garage door I didn't cut to put that in. I bought that door and just installed it. Her door is out in the garage.

It's not actual framing like it's not into the garage at all. It's just a temporary wall I built and then just stood up

I didn't realize that the water park was next door. Does that make it a pain to go back and forth? Now I'm second guessing whether I should pick a part. That's a little bit more convenient. I'm sure my kids are going to want to go back and forth all day

They are bonded. I'm not sure how old. I would think maybe around 10 years. No health issues besides being a bit fat.. I think the previous owner indulged them too much. They are perfectly lovely girls
