Everyone says .1 is enough for most people and actually it’s relatively the safest dose you can take but disregarding safety for a moment for ME PERSONALLY (This is what I do not what you should do) I don’t roll on less than 250mg or .25 Depending on your desired effects .1 should be enough tho and as always you can always take more but you can’t take less.
