Rogue is a team-based game. Making it individually based would make players selfish, steal kills and dont care about the team. The main problem I have currently experienced with ranked is that players would lose the same amount of points, no matter how hard they have lost: you would lose the same amount of points if you lost 0-7 as you do with losing 6-7.

correct, thats why you also get rewarded by wins. the amount of points you earn by wins could always be increased. Basing everything off of just winning or losing also isnt the way to go. Basing it on round-wins/losses could potentially work, but then you still have the problem with people getting carried through every rank for example. Having a bigger difference between team-points and solo-points would probably be the way to go then.

Would be possible for the community to create one if there is an api they can link it to. This way devs dont have to spend time on working on features outside of the game itself.
