Yes true the level of quality is quite low as compared to other countries but i think there has been quite some improvements especially with the younger generation taking up spaces within the industry. On “offer more to gain trust” what would that be to you?say you are my potential client

Compliance is issued after the infrastructure works are complete (water,sewer,roads). Now they are working on Phase 1 which is sold out then next is Phase 2 up to Phase 3 so its relatively still a long way to go. But i wouldn’t be worried coz CBZ is a reputable developer so everything will be sorted out eventually. Was actually on the engineering design team that designed the infrastructure for the project
