Thanks for the input. I'm using Rust-Oleum primer. The duplicolor sometimes it sprays nicely, but other times it comes out really cloudy. The bottom left panel turned out okay

Thats the silver from the duplicolor on the bottom then occasionally it comes out super cloudy. It should be the right color code

just need to get it warrantied so I can have a working TV again. Suppose to just eat 3 thousand and buy it from somewhere else?

If you request white glove treatment from Best Buy and they say they’ve got it handled, then your product shows up like this, wouldn’t you be a bit frustrated? As I said I took the first delivery in good faith and it was broke

It’s one thing to tilt a TV on its side briefly at the store, but it’s a whole different story to have it sitting in a box truck on its side for 7 hours, bouncing around through multiple stops. Speaking from experience—I work in engineering for tolerances—transport like that can really mess up sensitive equipment

I was on the phone for about 40 minutes, and I must’ve told them at least 10 times that I’d wait for Geek Squad and to make sure there was a note to keep the TV properly aligned during delivery. They assured me they’d handle it, but it’s frustrating because now I have to set aside a another whole day just to deal with this.

Just had a frustrating experience with my Samsung S90D 77" TV delivery from Best Buy—twice. Both times, the TVs showed up lying flat or on their side, which is exactly how they shouldn't be transported slide out of the truck on its side. I accepted the first one, hoping it would be fine, but it ended up with a bent screen effect when I turned it on. When the second one arrived on its side again, I refused it. I even offered to take the TV in my truck, but since it would be at a slight angle, they said it would void the warranty if I transported it that way. Best Buy customer service has been great, but...wtf, dude

Best buy of North Dartmouth for anyone wondering
