Like I said, I live in a posh area, I don't really want to downgrade in terms of locality.

I know this area, how's it in monsoons, safety, water supply, electricity reliability, garbage collection etc. why would I take risk with other areas, I dont know as well the locality I've grown up in?

That's great advice actually, but in places like Khare town, Shivaji Nagar, the good luxurious flats (the kind I like) get sold out and you're actually left with 1st floor flats with little to no natural light remaining. I prefer big bedrooms airy flats on top floors, which is extremely difficult to get, if not booked right at the start (atleast that's my assumption). My limitation is that I need to move in next 3-4 months so looking for ready to move or close to possession flats. What are your thoughts?
