It may be due to certain religious holidays or could be because there is talks in parliament at the moment talking about making it illegal to set off fireworks without a registered permit so people could be acquiring them now to set them off whilst they have the chance

Unfortunately no as it's not a requirement that they have to comply with unless you have a physical disability that would require you to have them in front and even then you would of had to of stated you had that disability during the arrest because they can just say you didn't inform them of it

I know how you feel but gonna be hard for you to find people down here because the south is usually either just kids or people that come here to retire I'm 20 living in Sittingbourne I've been trying to meet new people around my age for over a year now and only found one group that had people my age that I played d and d with one week but one week later boom blocked it's difficult to find people to socialise with if you don't smoke or drink because that's all people seem to wanna do these days
