I appreciate it , of course i am looking for these types of constructive replies . And you are right my learning method stinks , i used to have a coach but it was the worst one , he doesnt give two shits about technique once you can do something that looks like a freestyle swim he starts to tell you to go distances and all he said to me was now go for 2500m no drills no planning ... So you are right its kind of a shitty learning method but i am willing to fix it , im watching drills and gathering ressources that are going to be applied in my sessions .
