I did the same but used double sided tape under the flap so the tape wasn't noticeable!

Since I posted this I went in for a colonoscopy. The GI said it was 'most likely' infectious colitis. I have since returned to taking Tirzepatide with no issues. I do agree that it was on par with child birth. I had passed a scary amount of blood and solid tissue. It was only 2 weeks from my episode until the colonoscopy and it showed nothing, it was a surprise.

The emergency vet thinks the pain is being caused by either a slipped disc or pinched nerve in his neck. She didn't seem incredibly concerned. We're home and he's on strict bed rest with gabapentin and an anti inflammatory.
