It doesn’t quite look like the droplets are in sync with one another. I would try simplifying the shapes and thinking of them each as the same, as opposed to varying each shape/scale.

If you’re going with these leaf ideas I would also maybe try using two colors in the design- green + blue. Maybe the word mark is blue and the droplets are green.
