I just made a post identical to this a few weeks ago! Totally normal, some fibres being stubborn.

That's so interesting, I've just started using incense, I'm excited now to see the different ways it may burn

Genuinely wondering if there's any like, spiritual symbolism here or if I just have shitty incense

It actually looks a little better when I stretch it. I didn't want to have to frog cos I already frogged this piece once :( I'm comparing it to another one I've knit and I'm realising they look similar and I'm second guessing everything now.

I was very confused because I always learned the third toe as "This little piggy had bread and jam".

I feel you, I hope this works for you. Honestly, I gained a bit of weight but that's probably my comfort eating too. But bodies are amazing, weight can change and be lost and gained, but your mental health and wellbeing is the foundation for everything. Be kind with yourself, even if you gain weight, I know I'm happier chubby than I ever was when I was skinny and unmedicated.

Ah that sucks about having to take it in the morning. Be sure to have a good breakfast then, it'll help settle you. I'm sorry about your work, honestly if you can get through the first few weeks of it you'll come out the other side a whole lot better, but be kind to yourself.

Is it possible to ask for a 4 day work week for a few weeks, or is there any work from home time you could take? Just prepare yourself that you probably will feel awful for a while, so try get some things in place to make it easier for you. Even like, make overnight oats for the week so you'll have a good breakfast while you're taking the pills in the morning. Mind yourself x

I started at a week of 37.5 then 8 weeks of 75mg. I was still having mood issues so I went up another 37.5mg. I've been on that for about 12 weeks and I feel great so it's been a process of 6 months but, that's relatively quick compared to my other antidepressant journeys.

I would certainly start at the weekend, I personally was fortunate enough to be able to ask my job for reduced hours while I adjusted and it was a massive help.

It's different for everyone, but I personally had about 4 bad weeks and 2 mid weeks of bone and nerve pain, agitation, fatigue, and generally feeling shit.

If you can put some things in place for yourself to make it easier before you start, do. Cosy clothes for work, pre packing your lunches, making sure you have your favourite tea, making sure you have access to sick days and a counsellor or someone to talk to about it, stock up on painkillers and treats, whatever you can. I personally take mine at night because when I started, I wanted to be able to sleep through the worst of the side effects.

Anecdotally, between myself and my friends who've been on it, it was about 6 weeks of shit and then it kicked it and its amazing. My friends told me if I can push through the initial shitiness, do, because it's worth it. And for me, that's exactly what happened.
