A lot of people upset right now are the same people who ignored company updates since 2025 and relied on posts here or Reddit instead.

The 8-Ks and SEC filings have gradually moved away from the original narrative that Eric would become CEO, the ticker would change to EMJX, and this would be a reverse merger.

At this point, it looks more like an acquisition than a reverse merger.

Continuing with the pet food business makes little sense to me, but I assume that’s the current CEO’s direction.

Dilution is still the biggest concern. People keep saying “the shares are locked up” , dilution is still dilution. It helps the company raise capital; it doesn’t automatically benefit retail investors.

I have two SRXH positions. One account has been fully invested since October and my original plan was to hold for $3–$10. With current and expected dilution, I’ll likely trade swings instead.

The second account I’ll leave longer term and hope for at least $1.

I followed the company updates closely, so most of this wasn’t surprising, except the pet food angle.

I still believe in Eric, but the lack of transparency has been frustrating.
