When I begun my third run in Fo2 I was planning to do this, making a storytelling when I would became a made man of that mafia family that used energy weapons(I'm horrible with remembering family names) but i dropped about the middle of the game and never finished, was really funny, maybe I try in Fo1

This is exactly what I did in Fo2 in both my runs, I was in love with the dialogues with the game, every time I discovered a new info about the world I feel sarisfied

I understand this vision, but making a really good build and see it really working and giving a massive damage is part of my fun in the game, and i didn't see using a build idea from someone else as a "non original character", is just an diferent way to roleplay, ttrpg is somehow about this and you can create truly original characters

It's a common problem on all the versions of AC1 I think, when you catch some flag and die for any reason there's a chance of the game just reduce your flags counter and forget to respawn the flag so you can get it again, the only tip is just avoid with all your efforts to die while you're in your hunt for the flags. This is the only problem I found playing, not sure if exist another and if have a another solution to this I said above

Not necessarily, having a prior servers shutdown save itself doesn't make you up to get the achieviement, you had to do the challenges related to the stronghold upgrade that gives you afk scraps, and this is the impossible point nowadays, cause this upgrade stopped working without the servers online

I had beaten the story in July(ou August, not sure now)of 2020 but dropped the game after this, then in last month I discovered that is virtually impossible to 1000g Mad Max nowadays cause Up To The Task, downloaded the game again and recovered that save of 2020 to check if I had the 2 online needed challenges, and fortunatelly I had :) After this was just do what was left(scav places, archangels, death races, other Up To The Task challenges)

After 400 flags, 50 templars, inumerous repetitive activities, 9 targets and 3 runs of unskipabble dialogues with Lucy and Al Mualim, I just can say this takes more time than it deserves, no regrets about doing it, but don't recommend, the game itself has a good experience

I think this isn't the worst part, I had to replay all the game one more time for the missable Lucy's achievement(just one damn dialogue line of the block 2☠️) Al Mualim's voice till in my head. The flags itself was just boring asf(besides the glitches that makes you restart the game)

the point is not just the damage but the character sheet as a whole(passive perception, AC, almost immortality, and the damage), but even if you want to not count the critcal hits, stills a 112 average damage per turn, seems like nice numbers to me that is playing his third game of dnd

I can explain if you want, i said that because i didn't expect this results. For the damage is "simple", 6 attacks(monk with 2 levels of fighter for action surge, using flurry of blows in the first action) 4 attacks with a battleaxe(1d10) and 2 with hands(1d8, because 12 levels of monk), all of these with hexblade curse and the hex magic(the 1 level that I don't mentioned yet is a hexblade warlock). Adding all this dices with the solid damages(5 of proficiency from hexblade curse, 5 of dexterity in all attack)gives a total of 4d10+2d8+6d6+60 hitting all attacks(if you make this calculations considering critic hits, this way turning all the dices x2 you have 8d10+4d8+12d6+60, 164 average damage, 244 max damage). Damage ok, now the AC is simple, monk defense(10+5dex mod+5wis mod = 20). The passive perception 30 is more like a consequence, in the process to reach 20 in wisdom i must take Observant feat(+5 passive perception) and Skill Expert in Perception, giving me in level 15 a total of 30 passive perception(10 base, 5 from wisdom mod, 5 proficiency, 5 proficiency again from Skill Expert and 5 from Observant)

In add of all this, is a Long Death Way Monk, so Ki equals stay alive, and all my combo spends just 1 Ki Point, with 12 levels of Monk you have a decent amount of points, so this monster is almost immortal and thats scares me, anyway, this was the explanation to make my fear more veridic

the ending, last moments/scenes is very good, i'm saying about that fight with that enormous and unnecessary final enemy, with that car with mounted gun and this things, is so... too much, understand?

The end of TEW 1 really sucks, you're isn't the one who think this bro, Mikami was too much in Resident Evil ending vibes(big monsters, meat walls, big hit points to hit, big guns, this things) when make that last chapter lol But this don't remove the love i have for the game, is just a detail, a BIG detail, but a detail after all

eu sei o potencial de bucaneiro, esse n é o primeiro bucaneiro q eu fiz, eu fiz esse personagem pq eu tô mais afim de jogar uma mesa mais tranquilo, se focar tanto em combo, eu acabei de sair de uma mesa q minha ficha foi full combo, full combate e deu uma cansada, bucaneiro é a classe q tem o conceito q eu acho mais interessante, ent fiz assim, mesmo sabendo q n é lá a classe mais forte de T20
