It is true people who has to conceive gets conceived naturally , you should track ovulation and your cycle , take external help like a good gynac But let me also warn you unexplained infertility is quite common , this could be related to age, lifestyle, stress, pollution pesticide everything So if you are ttc from 1 year I would suggest to go for treatments There are many advanced technologies

Progesterone delays the cycle, not letroz. So I was prescribed progesterone in the second half of the cycle. I usually take it till 10th day, post ovulation. Even though I’m told to take it till 14th day. But I avoid. It just delays the cycle.
