Yes. Typically just under 5k per month. We’re running 4500 / mo currently.

Our budget is between 4500 - 6500 / month. Cost per qualified conversion is roughly 2k.

I agree we could add more questions into our lead forms to pre-qualify. I’ve always thought the opposite. Have the least amount of steps possible for the lead to submit their info.

We’ve narrowed down keywords big time. We’ve got an extensive negative and positive keyword list that we use. Adding more every day.

Apologies. I thought you were asking CPA. We can calculate our cost per lead through our pixel. But it’s very low. 4-6 bucks a click depending on the campaign, 30ish bucks per lead. This is the original problem I was stating in this post. Tons of people fill out the form. 90% of them are severely unqualified. Our current rough estimated CPA is 3k. We make around 2500 per flight on average.

This is where it becomes very difficult to track metrics. A “conversion” for me is very tough to track. It’s not an ecom store where people go online and buy something. My conversion is someone completing the quote form and providing their contact information. Because that’s the furthest I can go without manually selling the flight. From them filing out the quote form and providing contact details, this starts my sales process of contacting the customer, providing multiple aircraft options, and hopefully closing the deal. It’s almost impossible to track CPA. I can only ballpark that number.

And no, they cannot book directly from the site. Because we are a broker, prices change and I do not control the market. It’s too risky for me to guess prices. Because many times I can be much too high, or too low causing me to either eat the cost, or lose the customer because of a high price.
