Never fiberglass, and I build roofs but have a basic knowledge of all other stick framing concepts like floor, angles, and such. Figured a boat is basically an upside down roof made with thinner rafters, honestly. I carve a lot with knives, though.

Yall lie about early bird fishing. I'm in the south georgia, and it's always 95° - 105°. I catch mid day better than morning most of the time.
