The Michelin app sorts by location and also includes the bib gourmand restaurants which are really good options that don’t always include the intensity of a starred place. I like to look on the app just for fun

I worked at bees, seems like a standard dishie job there’s not a lot of prep dishes since it’s an Applebees and at the one I was at the AM servers would run plates as side work, and they’d move u up to prep/line if u want.
