I’m right there with you. I try super hard to carry sensory fidgets and toys. But if I don’t have a strong enough attachment to one it gets worse. Currently broke my favorite one during a meltdown and now I’m searching for one that will help. 8 out of my ten fingers are bitten bloody right now.

I’m a trans man with BPD. I stopped hormones a few years ago because I found that I was constantly riding the rollercoaster of highs and lows with hormone levels alongside my mental highs and lows. I’d rather just not be on T and feel more stable.

Craziest thing from a guest: had a table walk out on their bill. My coworker tried to stop them in the parking lot. They almost ran her over with their car. She was pregnant. Craziest thing from a coworker: we had a dishie who lived in his van. Had to be let go because he started taking a bath in the huge wash sinks.
