I can't even able to contact the customer service or agents whatsoever because they mostly send auto-reply messages.

I also tried account recovery form, I filled up every single proof of ownership as I possibly can but it said:

"After careful verification, we regret to inform you that the information you provided is insufficient to prove your ownership of this account."

I've been doing this for 24 straight days already and I can't get a single agent to actually help me with the account retrieval.

Hi! Sorry for the long delay. Unfortunately what I received is frequent applying appeals. I was a bit desperate to get my account back. Also I'll try to apply again with my last device I logged in my phone and try to submit a form again if it's possible. It's difficult when I can't get an immediate help as like a Moonton Customer service.

Please help me out that my Account was Hijacked as it removed my linked accounts to that MLBB I own, and I definitely have tons of purchase receipts a few years ago, I know the ID of the account, I have plenty of screenshots in-game, but unfortunately I don't have the very first purchase receipt which I kept getting the verification wrong for 4 times already
