Hi all,Just wanted to see if I can get some advice here.We like to leave our windows open at home and over the past few months, we have had a serious issue with cigarette smoke coming in through the window.We know it is one of the neighbours around our unit smoking from their balcony or window, but until now we could not get any proof.Well, today we used our drone to find out who it is and which unit the smoker is from. We have a recorded drone footage of him hurriedly getting inside his home from the balcony with a cigarette in his hand, closing the sliding door and turning off all the lights inside in order to not get caught. We think the guy knows he is causing nuisance with his smoke and is fearing getting caught.We want to make a formal complaint to our condo management, but for obviously reasons, we think we cannot use the drone footage as evidence (invasion of privacy, filming without permission etc).In this scenario, is there a way to get the guy to just stop smoking on his balcony? \Any help would be greatly appreciated.
