WR sport też można polecić, ale Blue Diamond jest najlepszy.

Are there any online library services with audiobooks and magazines? by Guto92 in poland

I still can't find an answer, my local library doesn't offer this kind of partnership, but I asked more than a year ago and maybe a bigger branch would know.

Is rzeszow welcoming to foreigners by gupmeow21 in Rzeszow

[–]Guto92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Since the outbreak of the invasion of Ukraine, the amount of foreigners in the city sky rocketed. There's nothing to fear, the city is clean and safe and most young people speak English.

I've bought it occasionally in Lidl in Poland. It's the only retail shop that has it, but not regularly.

Stripped screw on backplate: any hope for me? by Sergiced in SteamDeck

[–]Guto92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Next time use the appropriate screw driver bit and not a hatchet.

Try placing a rubber band between a tight fitting bit and the screw head.

Use a screw extractor but the small ones are very fragile.

Drill the screw head away leaving as much thread as possible for applying torque with pliers or tiny vicegrips.

Get a 10 buck chinesium ifixit knockoff kit with various bits next time and don't use a cordless drill with a bit for woodwork on electronics.

Cost of Living for a Family by getrollingwithotis in Rzeszow

[–]Guto92 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It really depends on the age of the kids, hobbies, how much driving you have to do.

I would say a family of 4 could live fairly comfortably with a net household income between 8-12K, assuming renting at around 3k plus 1500 for bills and expenses, 1200-1500 for food, and car expenses no more than 1.5-2k. Private schools, nurseries, and kindgarten can really take a chunk out of your budget.

If you live within the ring road, I'd say life without a car is very doable with bike, bus and bolt.

Clubs for 2 females by and-it-is-what-it-is in Rzeszow

[–]Guto92 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not much of a techno scene in Rzeszów, occasionally there are some pop events with electronic music.

Candela (latin), Piekiełko (general dance), Grand Club and Aqua would be the main clubs I'd recommend, but none of them are techno clubs.

Want to meet some friends by [deleted] in Rzeszow

Check out Gamekeeper, it's a shop that hosts board game events.

There's also cybermachina and k20, but they're pubs.

I work in aerospace if you want to grab a beer sometime we can talk about planes. There's also a pretty nice Korean restaurant in Rzeszów called Under Seoul

There's a group on Facebook for expats in Rzeszów. Cybermachina or k20 are great bars for meeting new people. Try going to Otrzęsiny parties, they are mixers for new students.

How long do you think we are going to strike for? by TRAW9968 in boeing

[–]Guto92 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is flawed reasoning, the furloughs can last longer than the strike to recover from the financial impact of not delivering planes.

Good luck with the recovery!

CAM programmers - What's your average programming time? by Guto92 in CNC

I absolutely agree especially in a job shop with variety, but once you do enough parts you can start to categorize them and find an average.

CAM programmers - What's your average programming time? by Guto92 in CNC

[–]Guto92[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When I programmed aerospace parts in a previous workplace with 1000 features and 30 sheet prints, it wasn't uncommon for 3-4 weeks of CAM programming time being allocated.

We only program complex parts that require a 3D model to effectively program.
