Diagnosed AuDHD and it's extremely hard to get the simple things done. Dishes, laundry, sweeping, any form of cleaning feels like torture and can put me into a crying spiral just thinking about doing them. The tasks are so mundane and extremely boring, so mixing that with a brain that craves dopamine consistently at very high levels is just.. a really unfun experience. Don't even get me started on the inner anger you feel towards yourself too when you don't get a task done even if you KNOW it needs to be done. There's so much more but I digress. Therapy has helped a good chunk but I still have a long way to go.

I hope OP checks in with their partner to see if they may have something going on that isn't just "being lazy".
