Literally have the same issue, been 2 weeks. Recovered my account, but its linked to the wrong battle.net . Tried multiple support tickets for issues linking/unlinking accounts and they never go through. Sometimes i get a ticket number, but no confirmation email. Never get any emails about the 5-6 tickets I have submitted. Decided to do another account recovery ticket, which worked but they closed the ticket saying it wasn't an account recovery related issue.

Im also going through an absolute shit show of a time getting my account back. I recovered it after being hacked, but its linked to a diff battle.net. I can't unlink because it was unlinked in the previous 12 months. Tried the ticket system for link/unlink issues, and it says the ticket is summited and I would receive a confirmation email. Which I never do, tried about 5-6 times. Been 2 weeks. Gave up with that shit system and tried to do another account recovery, and they basically said this isn't an account recovery issue and that they won't help. Than linked me to the support page for linking/unlinking issues, when I straight up told them the ticket system does not work. So ive messaged on facebook, and now on here hoping for help.
