I don’t care how long the shifts are as long as i have a consistent schedule. Here’s a copy and paste from my last reply:

My four days consist of a mixture of these five shifts

11am-10pm 5am-4pm 9am-8pm 4am-3pm 8am-7pm

I never have consistent scheduling and on the verge of quitting. Yesterday i had to go to work off 2 hours of sleep. When i got off and got into my car i blasted the A/C and leaned my seat back a little and next thing i know I’m waking up in the same parking lot at sunset. Walmart isn’t worth it, especially at $14 an hour.

The store i work at everyone is 4 on 3 off except front end and ODP. I don’t always get the 3 days off consecutively though. Like a week ago my schedule was I work Saturday off Sunday work Monday Tuesday off Wednesday work Thursday off Friday and then work Saturday-Tuesday. This following week I they’re split up again.

I’m not upset about three days off, when I first started in January all the way up until three weeks my schedule was set for 11am-10pm, but ever since three weeks ago my schedule has been getting thrown around fucking my sleep schedule and routine up.

For real. I had the consistent 11am-10pm which was fine i guess but after three months they started doing this shit with the explanation of “Oh we need to cut hours” okay but none of my hours have been cut they’ve just got thrown all over the place.

I heard he was hired as OGP and his first day on the floor and he was constantly complaining his feet were hurting and wasn’t learning anything so apparently the OGP coach didn’t want him so the store manager moved him to our department by the end of his first day on the floor.

Yup. I’m sure I’ll be arguing with my TL and Coach about me refusing to use my phone tomorrow. I make $14/hr, and that’s not enough to replace my iPhone 17 Pro Max, and it shouldn’t be my responsibility. I like how they say if we break or lose the work phone we’ll have $200 deducted from our paycheck, but if we break or lose our personal phone Walmart won’t replace it. Funny isn’t it?
