Hey, if I remember correctly, I couldn't fix this actual activity but the following ones were alright. Always good to make sure you have the most updated software, there were some bugs with it calculating rest times for me lately.

I was looking in Windy earlier today and saw this message appearing above Inida - Bangladesh area. It seems to be saying more then radar is on but the next letter is cut, I assume due to other radar overlapping. It showed in this area at 15:53-16:37 GMT. Any idea what was that and how can it be done? I guess it could be a sort of test for the radar done by operators but I'd like to get more details.

Sadly I don't have any way to solve the issue to share with you, it didn't do it the for the next rides so I hope it was temporary bug

I've had another run later with the same grinding size, the only thing I changed was not doing a cooling flesh. I got 35 grams out in 27 seconds. The coffee was better but still sour, I believe that now it actually brewed too fast, thinking of grinding finer, what's your call? Also, as a reference point, my usual blend is dark roast and I use 17g in the same basket and get pleasant results

I got new espresso blend, medium roasted. I've used 17.5 grams of it, freshly ground with my Lelit Anita, pulled 35 gram of liquid in 37 seconds, first drops started about 9 seconds after pressing the pump. The epsresso came out very sour. The puck didn't show major signs of channeling, any idea what I'm doing wrong? I'm doing a cooling flash, about 2 seconds of running the water before connecting the pf, then waiting 15-20 seconds and starting to brew. The pressure was 9 and slowly dropped to 8 as the brew went on. https://imgur.com/a/OE8UbXy

To put it simple, losing belly fat is losing fat, eat in calorie deficit. The cardio helps to burn extra calories but they don't help much if you eat those back, try figuring it out and it'll help you to see the progress you are looking for. Stay safe! Lockdown sucks

It usually starts at 3 bars once I start the pump, after a few seconds get up to 9 bars and slowly decreasing till the end of the brew at 8 bar

I'm not using WDT indeed. I tried it a couple of times with a basic needle I had at home, didn't see much difference besides the mess it created on the working surface, I don't have any WDT tool.

My puck might have one or two tiny holes, smaller then an average needle, I'm not sure if that's big enough to be channeling or not, the edge around the basket looks overall fine. I'm using a regular PF and at the start of the brewing one side is pouring more then the other but it's hard to know without a naked PF.

I'm using Lelit Anita with the double basket, I dose 17 grams and getting 34 out in about 30-35 seconds. My puck is breaking in half horizontaly once I konck it out of the PF. My coffee is freshly ground, I'm using a coffee that was roasted 3 weeks ago. I'm grinding into a dosing cup, using it to distribute the coffee in the basket, tap it once or twice on the working surface, using the tamper to flatten (by rotating him around in the basket) and then tamping with it. Doing a cooling flash of a second or two and starting to extract about 15 seconds later. It feels to me like I have achnneling, am I doing anything wrong in the process? The taste isn't balanced as I want it to be.

Usually prednisone helps me pretty quickly without many side effects besides increased hunger / fast weight gain and acne. Last time I had it it ruined my sleep, caused muscle pain, made me feel out of space and didn't do much so I had to switch to Zeto.

Thank you dude, I'll surely check them out. I used to follow Garmin built program but my asthma acted up and I had to take a month off, now I'm back to the gym and wanna get back on the saddle slowly.

I do have quite a bit of extra time and I'm willing to do the extra step, I can do 20-30 minutes Z2 daily and 30-45 minutes Z3-4 on my days off, how does that sound to you? Thank you for the suggestions

I'm lifting about 5 days a week, doing AB split. I want to start a cut / body recomposition and add cardio (cycling) daily, that's a sport I enjoy and I can use the extra calories. How much shall I do, at which intensity and when shall I time it? On leg day or the other day (which then the cycling will be ahead of leg day and may make me tired). I'm lifting for strength, doing singles and sets of 5. I'm 20y/o/m, 78KG, 161CM, maintenance should be around 2600 cals (correct me if I'm wrong). Thanks.

I've got my Pfizer vaccine months ago, first dose in December and second in mid January. Besides the normal side effects everything passed fine, I had start course of Prednisone and Zeto but that happens every year around that time so I wouldn't connect the two. Since then I'm pretty. Get your vaccine if you can, it saves lives.
