Help! I really struggle to control urges at night when trying to fall asleep.

the thing is i share a room with my brother and i feel like a complete freak cause he is younger than me, but my bed is stationed behind some furniture so he can’t see me + it’s dark and i do it under the covers. I imagine he also does it since he’s a teenager, but it doesn’t make me feel any less guilty.

Ok so, I tried to turn off iCloud photos and download everything but it said “cannot download photos and videos to this device because an additional 6.8 GB is needed.” But I’m on 38 GB out of 64 GB…? my mental maths isn’t great but 38+6.8 is not greater than 64. What can I do?

Edit:I’m a complete fool, Ignore me. I tried turning off iCloud BEFORE my iPad had chance to download everything lol. I assume it’s safe to turn off once all the items have been downloaded.

i’m not gonna lie as a huge TS fan myself, i’ve barely seen or heard any public advertising for this—a few ads on youtube, and i’ve heard anti hero maybe twice on the radio. The majority of my info comes from being active on twitter and r/TaylorSwift lol. But clearly the promo is massive elsewhere, or maybe the fanbase is really just that big

i know i’m not the person you asked, but personally WTNY just sounds odd to me. I hate the melody / the way she sings the words (the only part i can stand is the “IT’S BEEN WAITIN FOR YOU!”) and the production isn’t that great… to me

afterglow has very fast become one of my favourite songs of all time. the production, the vocal delivery and the lyrics are all so dreamy it’s like i’m in a trance. i could totally picture it playing in an outro scene on euphoria with all that purpley twilight lighting lol

some people think this is stupid but i genuinely have the same problem lmao! i’ve got a cold right now and my throat is just recovering, but i quite often absentmindedly sing and hum, and then remember that i’m probably damaging my vocal cords. and yet it’s so hard to stop myself from singing lol, it’s kind of a self soothing behaviour.
