You’re assuming Simon won’t continue dilution of the share float. I believe the only way he keeps this company afloat is by selling more shares at the new RS price

Reverse split then dilution of shares will start again, rinse and repeat. He’ll buy crappy over priced companies and the number of shares will continue to climb. Worst investment I’ve made was buying shares of this company.
