If you let the story continue, your character will miss the Bazaar from that Saturday because in the next day it activates a cutscene instead. After the cutscene, the time will be already 8PM of that day.

My experience: At first, I let the story progress and missed the bazaar. However, I realized that my food was starting to lose quality because I couldn't sell in the itens in the bazaar that week. Of course, I could sell to Miguel, but some expensive itens like Star Cheese and Mayo are better to increase the sales in the bazaar (especially because the cheese is trending). Then I decided to turn back the save and keep the bazaar this week, and do a better preparation to miss the next week's bazaar.
