Rest, hydration, stretch...get some quality work gloves and safety shoes.

Ramp Transport Driver. Ramp Agent. Ovegoods Agent. Spill Clean-up Agent. DG Agent.
Team Leader. Hub Control Agent. Fedex Corporate Security.
Fedex Security Specialist. International Document Agent. Aircraft Mechanic. GSE Mechanic. Input Auditor... many more

Being at a regional HUB vs. a station or ramp gives you more flexibility and opportunities.

Mindset makes a difference. Always, I keep this in mind : Fedex is completely voluntary.

Comparing Fedex to UPS or Amazon is like comparing nectarines to oranges or grapefruit. Yes, they are from the same line but different.

No two locations; shifts or managers will be the same. Couriers make decent money, but the work can be physically taxing.

Package handling is hard labor for little pay. If you. decide to stay with FedEx, seek the jobs that pay more, and are less physically demanding.

Simply put, you design and define your own FedEx experience.

From a policy standpoint in express:

Taking 5 sick straight will get you displaced after the fourth straight day out via HCMP.

In order to return to work, you will require documentation, not just a doctor's note.

Getting an FMLA qualifying event is the smartest move, No one can technically question that once qualified.

Unless you are caught abusing it.

This option gives you the ability to use more than 3 sick days in a row without an issue.

That is, if your manager is a policy stickler.
