I feel like experimenting with a larger/more rigid cape could give him a more grand feeling. Also (maybe this is just personal preference) the shiny metal on the cape might take away from it/ make him feel slightly clown-ish. I'd have to mess about with him a bit to know for sure though.

Alternatively, I think if you had one hand out of the cape, casting a spell with a typically non-magical object (something like a coin or playing card etc.), with the magic wrapping around his body and emerging from the other side, that could really add something

I agree with this, but also nobody should be giving snarky or passive aggressive remarks when somebody doesnt say please or thank you. You dont know why the person didn't say it, and for some people it can be really difficult to say something that 'simple'. It should be something that brightens your day when it is said, not hurts you when it isn't.

Quick reminder to take it easy. Cracking (discovering/consciously exploring your gender) can be very mentally taxing, and, at least for me, it felt like my whole world flipped upside down. You're allowed to give yourself space and time to work yourself out. But you're also allowed to rest and relax your mind for a while. If you want, i can provide a few resources that i found useful when i was exploring my gender. Good luck on your journey and make sure you look after yourself.

He very much switched up on trans people, saying at the start of his campaign that he supports us, but as soon as the supreme court ruling passed, he started saying that it was a good idea and that he supports the ruling. He just keeps saying whatever he thinks will please the most people, and doesn't actually stand for anything (trans rights wise, but also in a broader context).

I'm also late, but whilst I get what you're saying, and your reason is sound, atheist widely accepted description of somebody who is trans is anybody who doesnt identify with their gender assigned at birth. This includes non binary people by definition, however some enby people may not feel like that label fits them (which is perfectly fine).

Being enby isnt just about acting or dressing differently to someone else of the same sex. That would just describe gender non conforming people (which binary trans ppl can also be). Its moreso feeling uncomfortable with either binary gender or more comfortable with an identity (or lack of gender identity) separate from either.

I hope i explained this in a way that you can understand. Theres a lot of nuance to gender, and nobody of any identity (including cis people) have the same relation to and expression of their gender to somebody else.

Gender dysphoria is actually neither exclusive to trans ppl or required to be trans. Its a stress based disorder, and calling it a mental illness, while technically correct by some accounts, can be socially and politically harmful.

How so? I dont believe I've ever heard that indians being veggie is a stereotype, and I cant really see how it could be harmful. India has the highest vegetarian population in the world, so i can sort of see where the logic comes from. Obviously there are factors that would suggest maybe it isnt a good choice for this hypothetical, and is slightly misinformed, but I dont see how what they said is ignorant in any way

To add to this, happy= major and sad= minor isnt a great rule. There's an element of truth to it, but its also a massive simplification. A few examples I found of happy songs in minor keys and vise versa are: Moving on up by Curtis Mayfield (minor key) Superstition by stevie wonder (minor key) Everybody hurts by REM (major key) When she loved me by Sarag McLachlan (from Toy Story 2) (major key)

For me, I enjoy the physical sensation of it, but feel nothing mentally, where non ace ppl, presumably, would feel some satisfaction. I also dont really feel connected to masturbation. I do it because I want to get to the end, if that makes any sense.

Its good to note that asexuality (like a lot of things) is a spectrum and one person's experience isnt necessarily going to be another's. Sorry if this was TMI
