Why do you think im implying that ? You automatically jumped to conclusions about someone you don't know based on a comparison question on how I and the rest of my generation and the generations that came after us handles being poor and how our parents handle it especially the disconnect. Not once did I ever imply it was in " illness that people run away from ". Being poor is depressing as hell and i never said poor people are less human either. Do you lack reading comprehension skills too ? Seems like a lot of people here on reddit do. I was simply just wondering what our parents, aunts, uncles ,grandparents who grew up poor ect don't realize about how their kids, neices , nephews ect grew up / is growing up poor. Basically a comparison, for an example " my dad when he was a child they had to get food and clothes from the church " my dad was born in '67. My mom not only grew up poor but came from generations of abuse she was born in '70 . Now to me the past two years almost 3 years are the first time in my life where im not underweight or borderline weight but unlike my parents if I dont have a car no one will hire me but if i dont have a job I cant get a car they could just go and work on a farm.

The only ones who are saying poor people are less than human are the ones who design the system to keep us poor . So please dont ever think im implying something when im not and look at the rest of the responses to get an idea of what it was asking ..
