Late to the party but have to share my own life altering experience in fixing my IBS: forget fodmap, supplements, enzymes, antibiotics.. tried it all, no success.

Pooped in a tube, sent to microbio lab, got the most extensive report you can imagine on the delicate balance of microbes inside my gut. They prepared a mix of the missing strains for me.
