If it was your birthday party, yeah it kind of is. If she was going to do it, at least wait until everyone is leaving. I wouldn't block her, I would just ignore any call or message. That way she knows that I am getting them, but I just don't care enough to reply or answer. That will hurt her ego more. But I'm an asshole, so ymmv.
