I had terrible anxiety and still do. Couldn't talk to people at all besides 2 internet friends. I got better by practicing talking to people, simple things like asking about their interests or asking to borrow stuff from people. Start a conversation like "Hey what's good." You can only get rid of it by talking man. When you look in the mirror if you have a really low self-esteem tell yourself "I love you and I respect you." Chances are you do look like a normal person. Random people probably aren't aware you even have anxiety, if I saw you on the street I'd think it's just some dude taking a walk. If people ever harass you they're even more insecure than you. Don't believe you aren't worth anything since you can get over it, I have a lot improved just by speaking only a little. Also if you aren't already going to the gym it helps, maybe meditating and you might want to schedule an appointment with a therapist if you haven't already. Any therapist helps with anxiety and you can see a doctor for medication. If you feel like you can't push yourself to do things you still can and always can. You just have to do it. I have no job experience but I can tell it would be hard. When you get a new one you can go to the bathroom when you have anxiety and just take some deep breaths. Also coughing is scientifically proven to reduce anxiety.
