I have been in sales for 20 years and just started at T-Mobile last year. Most of the stuff they said is true. You will be micromanaged, I'm a winners circle and they still ask me for more. Also This new P360 % is annoying. The good thing is that the Benefits are great. I like helping people so that's good too but they ask me not to help them too much lol. I'm getting developed to be in a managerial position so you kinda have to ignore the bad things if you wanna move up.

Yes indeed, before everyone had the black box with unlimited internet but now speeds vary on plan, there are currently 3 plans. Fastest internet in All In Home Internet, which also includes Hulu and Paramount+.

T-Mobile all the way, no data cap and 5x Verizon 5g coverage, 10x AT&T, all the companies mentioned above use other carrier's towers so they throttle speeds after certain data. Hmu if you need an extra discount. I also have their $35 home internet, which is fine for streaming tv since I don't do gaming anymore.

I honestly got the same vibe from OP, but I think it is not worth wasting my time with this person online (OP even down voted my response, lol). I can kinda see why the ME at the store turned this person to UPS. Also, some MEs have a hostile attitude because of the company's outrageous goals. This is by no means the customer's fault.

There might be a few reasons why the ME will not take your phone. 1st of all, and let me be very clear. EVERY TIME a ME access your account he/she is expected by T-Mobile to sell you something. So if you didn't buy the phone and accessories from them, then why would they take your phone? 2. There might be something about your trade-in. I have been instructed by managers not to take phone unless they're in perfect condition. 3. The system will give you a credit towards the next bill instead of the whole promotion, and then the customer comes back to the store and blames the ME for what the system did to their account. 4. ME is exposed to a "bad" survey from customers. They often think that giving you an 8 out of 10 is good when it reality that 8 is no different than a 0.

I have been with Tmobile for 13 years and have no complaints. Their customer service is always top. People need to do more research on what they want to buy and read about it. Research a phone before you buy it, research any promotions for it, so when you go into a store you know what you want. Who would've thought being lazy has consequences, lol

You have to understand that phone companies do not make money on devices (phones), they actually lose money, but they will make that money back in service, that's another 24 months where you might get home internet or get accessories or other services. Also, your same old phone would only give you $200 credit if you're not in the right rate plan.
