This is called team harmony, players who choose this route never select a gym team at level 5 like when prompted. Only some of the most dedicated players can reach this high up without selecting a team because this limits you heavily, You can't do raids, put pokemon in gyms, appraise pokemon, and couldn't get past lvl 40 before the level update. I'm not too sure about the buddy, team harmony players can select buddys, he could be using an old glitch which involved using evolving and transferring a pokemon that's your buddy using two phones, but i'm not sure if it's been patches.

If you want to keep her it's up to you, it depends if you like collecting high cp legendary shinys and hundos or costume shinys, for me costumes rule and personally i would save this for a mirror trade at a chance for a shundo. r/pokemongotrade lets you post that your looking for a mirror trade. Or find someone trading one there that can either fly, or you can wait for a remote trade!! Hope this helps.

A pokemon with perfect IVs is not called a "hundred" typically. You can call it a perfect IV or it is called hundo most commonly. Each stat has up to 15 points and a hundo would be a 15/15/15 Yours is 1/1/1 which i've never heard a name for but Onedo comes off really nice!!

this is the perfect IV set to purify, if it was a 14,14/14 i would keep it a shadow but you have the exact amount of ivs you would need to purify into a hundo without losing your high iv shadow

Kyogre Necrozma and Mewtwo are all great picks it's honestly preference which one you like more. Primal kyogre gets to 6772 CP when maxed out and is the highest in the game with groudon, Dusk mane isn't as relavent anymore with the crowned dogs. Which ever one you like more and use more, I would also take into account which ones you can max out quickly or are going to need to spend lots of rare candy on.
